What's Happened Since Last Time?

Quite a bit has happened since the last entry. Here's the senario:

I went back to Nebraska for Anne Hughes' wedding shower in Omaha. Here she is opening gifts with a friend next to her. She is very excited, and it was great to see her.



Then BrookLynn and Michael came over to Mom's. We had dinner and played card games.




We've rented our house in Castle Rock which is a wonderful thing and a weight off of the mind. We are now getting organized in New Mexico. Here are a couple of photos from the back yard view when the sun was setting on the mountains to the East. The kitchen area picture is a bit dark, but shows the layout at least. The guest room/ baby room is coming together also. We are probably not going to paint the walls, since we are renting. It is a bit bland without the color, but it's economically smarter to keep it simple. ;) I'll send more interior photos as we get the house set up.













Adam and I have been checking out the area. We went to the White Sands National Park. We only kept the camera in the car, so that the sand wouldn't blow into the shutter and ruin it, so this is the only picture so far. Adam didn't even know that I took this, so he wasn't posing. I think he was speaking to me actually.
